All equipment must run from one 20-amp / 120-volt circuit. List devices, continuous watts and any startup surge.
Include dimensions, weight, freestanding or wall-mounted installation (no ceiling mounts), current location for existing work, operating equipment, any sound (no amplified sound), maintenance checks every 2–3 weeks, and your installation/removal plan. New work: explain production Oct 11–Nov 15 and installation Nov 15–20. Confirm availability through Feb 27.
Most projects: up to $5,000. Exceptional proposals: up to $15,000 for one or two exceptional installations. State the complete project cost; funding and coverage are agreed before acceptance.
Separate artist fee, materials, transport, equipment, installation, maintenance and removal. Include current purchase/rental quotes (or link them above) for any equipment you do not have. No venue equipment is guaranteed.
